With a background in personal training, sports rehabilitation, and golf-specific fitness, Adam Lyden brings a functional, movement-first approach to everything we do at Functional Freedom.
His mission is to empower clients with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to take ownership of their health—whether that means getting back to training after injury, building lasting strength, or unlocking power in your golf swing.

Adam holds a range of industry-recognised qualifications, including Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and TPI Golf Fitness (Level 1 & Fitness Level 2). This well-rounded background ensures his coaching is both evidence-based and highly adaptable to your needs.
